Red Dice Account Login
Red Dice opens the personal account login from a desktop PC through a web browser and from mobile devices through a mobile browser. The login form uses the same credentials on both device types, so one account covers access across platforms.
Access to the personal account requires a registered Red Dice account. After registration, the player signs in with the chosen email or username and password; without an account, the personal account area stays unavailable.
Login Security At Red Dice
- 2FA: Red Dice supports two-factor authentication via a 6-digit time-based code from an authenticator app. After you enable 2FA in Account Settings, each login requires your password plus a new code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Red Dice shows a one-time recovery code during setup; store it offline because it is required if you lose access to your authenticator.
- Password: Use a unique password for Red Dice that you do not reuse on email, banking, or other casinos. Set a length of 12–16 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid names, dates, and predictable patterns (for example, “RedDice123”). Use a password manager to generate and store the password, and change it immediately after any device loss or suspected account exposure.
- Notifications: Red Dice sends security notifications for new logins, password changes, 2FA changes, and withdrawal-related account updates. Enable email and SMS alerts in Notification Settings, then verify your contact details so you receive messages without delay. Treat any unexpected notification as a sign to reset your password and review active sessions and recent login history.
Account Verification After Login In Red Dice
Red Dice runs account checks after login to confirm identity, age, and payment ownership, and to meet AML requirements before allowing certain actions.
- When verification is required: Before the first withdrawal; when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach an internal AML threshold; after a payment method change; after multiple failed login attempts or a new device/IP sign-in; when personal details are edited (name, date of birth, address); when a deposit is flagged by the payment processor; when responsible gambling limits or self-exclusion settings are changed.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence; full document visible; colour image; all corners shown; valid (not expired).
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months; full name and full address match the Red Dice profile.
- Payment method proof: Card deposit: photo of the card with only last 4 digits visible and CVV covered; e-wallet: screenshot showing account holder name and email/ID; bank transfer: statement page showing IBAN/account number and holder name.
- Selfie / liveness check: A selfie holding the ID or a short video check, requested when the system cannot match the ID photo to the account or when higher-risk triggers appear.
- Source of funds (case-based): Payslip, tax return, bank statements, or sale/contract documents when transaction patterns require an AML clarification.
Red Dice Account Login Steps
- Open the Red Dice website or mobile app and check that the page address matches the official domain shown in your browser’s address bar.
- Select the Log in button in the top menu (on mobile, open the menu icon first, then select Log in).
- Enter the email address (or username) linked to your Red Dice account and type your password exactly as set, including uppercase letters and symbols.
- Confirm the login: complete any security check shown (for example, a one-time code sent by email/SMS), then select Log in to access your account.
